Start by sending clear photos of the tub, sink, shower base, or surround. Include wide shots and close-ups of stains, chips, cracks, worn areas, old caulking, drain areas, and any previous coating issues. Photos help us determine whether you need a repair, a full reglaze, an inlay, a wall surround, or another service.

We will review the surface condition and provide a recommendation based on what will give you the best result. The right answer is not always the biggest service. Some fixtures need full refinishing. Others only need a targeted repair or a tub bottom solution.

Before your appointment, remove personal items from the tub, shower, sink area, ledges, and nearby counters. Keep pets away from the work area. Provide access to the bathroom and let us know about parking, building access, elevators, or special instructions. Good preparation helps the appointment run smoothly.

On service day, the work area is protected, the fixture is cleaned and prepared, damage is repaired where applicable, and the finish is applied with proper attention to ventilation and surface bonding. Prep is one of the most important parts of a durable, attractive result.

Follow the provided cure-time instructions before using the fixture. To maintain the finish, use non-abrasive cleaners, avoid harsh chemicals, do not use steel wool or scouring pads, avoid bathmats with suction cups unless approved, and do not leave bottles, wet cloths, or metal objects sitting on the surface for long periods.
