After moving from the East Coast to Calgary, Joel founded his own bathtub reglazing company in 2020. Since then, he has focused on providing homeowners with high-quality refinishing services that extend the life of their tubs while delivering beautiful, long-lasting results. His extensive experience with spray applications across a wide range of surfaces gives him a unique level of skill and precision in the refinishing industry.

As the business has grown, Joel has remained committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality. He brought his daughter onto the team to manage administrative operations behind the scenes, allowing him to focus on customer service, project quality, and training the next generation of refinishing professionals who share his dedication to excellence.

Kiana has always been a hands-on person. Growing up, she could often be found looking over her dad Joel's shoulder, curious about what he was building, fixing, or creating—and eager to help however she could.

Over the years, Kiana gained experience in a variety of roles, including general contracting, professional cleaning, and business management. These experiences gave her a strong understanding of both the practical and operational sides of running a successful business.

In 2026, Kiana joined Joel in growing the family business. While the refinishing team focuses on delivering exceptional craftsmanship in customers' homes, Kiana works behind the scenes to ensure every client receives outstanding service from the first phone call to the final follow-up. Her dedication to organization, communication, and customer care helps keep projects running smoothly and ensures clients always feel supported throughout the process.
